Our award-winning Blackout service is perfect if you are struggling to find all black boots, or if you are an academy player with a black boot policy! Why not save an old pair with a fresh Blackout too?
    This service option covers the full upper of the boot (or bespoke design as per your request)
    Same as Blackout Standard + any material such as fabric / sock / lace covering.
    We can complete the work on any boot (new or used). Please note we cannot dye any hard plastic such as the sole plate with any of our services.

    2. How to send your boots to us? You can send the boots with any courier company you are comfortable with - for example pop along to your local post office to send via Royal Mail.

    Prepare your boots for posting to the address below, including a note with the following information:

    We have multiple options at checkout which are fully tracked services via Royal Mail.

    Tracked 48: £3.49 - 2-3 working days

    Tracked 24: £4.99 1-2 working days

    Special Delivery: £9.99 - next day guaranteed by 1pm (order cut off is 1pm for same day dispatch)

    We use Royal Mail & DHL for all international shipping. Exact shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

    Please note you are responsible for arranging your own shipping costs for sending your boots in to us. For international orders, you will be responsible for payment if any customs charges are raised.

    How long does it take?

    Our turnaround times vary across the services on offer but generally we ask for around a week - detailed turnaround times will be confirmed to you once we receive your boots at our HQ.

    If you are looking to place an order with us, but need them for a specific date, please get in touch with us via email.

    Can you complete the Stud Conversion Service on any boot?

    Yes, we can convert any FG / AG / Anticlog model into SG-pro with interchangeable SG studs. please send us a message if you are unsure.

    How long does the Blackout last?

    The blackout is a permanent process using high quality products and finishers. We can dye almost any boot in leather or synthetic, however plastic sections such as the sole plate cannot be dyed.

    How do I know when you receive the boots / when my order is shipped?

    We email you every step of the way - you'll receive an email from us to confirm the boots have been received at our HQ. We will then be back in touch with tracking details once the boots are ready to be returned.

    Do you offer refunds?

    Products - Yes, as long as the product is unopened 

    Services - Yes, as long as the work has not yet commenced

    Boots - No, as the boots are hand-crafted and made to order, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please be sure of your size before placing an order with us.  

    Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, products / service orders can be cancelled. For custom boots orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. Please send us a message if your order is required to be cancelled.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept any major Debit or Credit card, as well as Paypal, Apple Pay and Klarna.
