Once checkout is complete you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and the postage address for Boots n Pieces. (Please check spam / junk if you do not receive your email)
2. How to send your boots to us? You can send the boots with any courier company you are comfortable with - for example pop along to your local post office to send via Royal Mail.

Return Postage
We have 2 options at checkout, both of which are fully tracked.
Standard: £3.49 which takes 2-4 business days
Express: £4.99 1-3 days (usually next day). Services: Orders will be shipped next day once complete. Products: Orders must be placed no later than 1pm for next day delivery.
We use Royal Mail & DHL for all international shipping, with shipping to the EU in just 1 day, USA in 1-2 days and as far as Australia in just 3 days. Exact shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Please note you are responsible for arranging your own shipping costs for sending your boots in to us. For international orders, you will be responsible for payment if any customs charges are raised.
